How long does it take you to prepare, pack, and put my orders in the mail?

We usually process and ship your order the next working day.

What are your exchange, return, and refund policies?

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to puravelaco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and shipping of exchanged item.

Ops! I accidentally placed my orders. Can I cancel ?

Well, an ideally we don't want you to cancel. But if you must, you have 30 minutes to do so after the order is placed.

I love your products and would like to place an order but I live outside of the United States. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
